Tracy Gary
President/Founder
With over 25 years of experience in senior and executive management roles in the automotive and medical industries, Tracy has demonstrated remarkable resilience and leadership throughout his career. He has held positions as a Manufacturing Engineer and Engineering Project Manager. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he has faced significant health challenges, surviving three heart attacks a stroke and undergoing three Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) implantations before receiving a life-saving heart transplant. Tracy also served on the Board of Directors for Crane Cams for two, two-year terms His unique blend of technical expertise, executive leadership, and personal resilience makes him a dedicated advocate for transplant patients and their families.

. She holds a bachelor's degree in health communication from Grand Valley State University (GVSU) and has made significant contributions to the field of organ donation and transplantation. Holly served on the Organ Donation Advisory Committee for the state of Michigan, as well as on the board of The Transplant Games and its Athlete Advisory Committee for one term. With her degree and over 10 years' experience in the health field and as a liver transplant survivor herself, she brings a unique perspective and deep commitment to her work, advocating for increased awareness and support for
Jake Cook
Treasurer - Accountant
serving as the Treasurer of the Board since the organization was established in 2021. Jake is a dedicated family man, living with his wife, Amy, and their three children, Dylan, Alexis, and Lucas, in the Grand Rapids area. Professionally, Jake is a Tax Director at BDO, where he is recognized as one of the firm's leaders in nonprofit tax. His commitment to the community is personal; in 2019, his father underwent a double lung transplant at Corewell Health. This experience highlighted for Jake and his family the critical need for nearby accommodations during extended hospital stays, inspiring his ongoing dedication to support families facing similar challenges.
Daniel Erck
Director
Daniel Erck, DO, is an internal medicine physician. Dr. Erck earned his medical degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg. He completed his internal medicine residency at Metro Health Hospital in Wyoming, Michigan. His clinical interests include preventive medicine, addiction medicine and the mind-body connection. Erin Martin
Member
Erin Martin has been the Member Recruitment Coordinator for the NMDP (formerly Be The Match) in Michigan and Indiana since October 2021. She holds a Health Communications degree from Grand Valley State University, where she received the 2021 "Excellence-in-a-Discipline" Award for her versatile excellence in both the classroom and extracurricular activities. Erin is passionate about advocating for patients, believing that every human has the right to life, equitable healthcare, and peace.

Josh Roeder is a seasoned real estate professional with a diverse background in property management and real estate. Currently, he serves as the Senior Property Manager at Newmark, overseeing commercial and industrial properties across the U.S. since April 2024. He is also the CEO of JRGR Management LLC, founded in December 2023. His experience includes managing properties at Place Property Management and working as a Realtor at 616 REALTY, where he specialized in streamlining the home buying and selling process for clients in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
